I just recently got back into loving makeup. Had the bye bye pores in my wishlist. Went thru my collection (which I had barely looked at in quite a while) and realized I had a mini if it!! I was blown away at how good it was! Made such a difference with my pores/texture. Will definitely order a full size soon.
Absolutely love your videos! I'd really like to see a review of all the different elf primers as like a comparison. Like the different putty ones and the jelly pop Vs mint melt
Catching up on your videos! Just sent this one to one of my clinical supervisees who is starting her Sephora obsession lol I know she will love your channel. Hope all is well 😘😘
Your everyday drawer videos are my favourite. They remind me to switch mine out which I was gonna do this weekend but didn't have time as I like to clean and organize my vanity too. For these cold Canadian winters, I like to bring things in that are more hydrating and creamy but also colourwise, more wintery colours I like to wear. For eyeshadow and blush , cooler tones and for lips, deeper berries, browns, and reds. It's gonna be a loong winter, it's so cold and grey already, gonna get our first winter storm coming up from the States tomorrow 😬
Oooh I'm so early! Thank you for doing this kind of video! I used to separate out my makeup into "collection" and "daily" but then I decided that meant a lot of things didn't get used very often. Granted, I don't have nearly as much makeup as you do, but I definitely have more than I probably should for someone who doesn't have the excuse of a TH-cam channel. I did learn about the "project pan" from you, and have to say that is one way that I like to think of it, I only separate out the products I want to be sure to use up now, and that makes life simpler. I bet you are looking so forward to your first Christmas with your son! Blessings to you and your family! Love your channel!
Thank you so much for your kind comment! I appreciate it so much! I am so glad to hear that it works well for you. It feels so good to be able to actually use products up fully instead of constantly buying new ones and forgetting about the old ones!
I love this type of video ! I’m inspired to get something when my makeup is empty and next time I’d love to purchase when you love the products ! It’s so much more picky nowadays .
I recently purchased the Tower 28 foundation. For extra SPF, I wear my usual SPF under it and I love the results. It wears nicely and sometimes, I will wear a powder foundation lightly over it if I want a little more coverage. I hope that you enjoy it, too!
I feel so inspired to do a everyday makeup drawer myself. If y’all want to see another everyday makeup drawer, check out Paige Koren. She posted one today too. 🔥💗
love your new profile pic, you look so gorgeous. i just saw your video waiting for my workout appointment and just what i needed to start my day on a good note, i hate working out but i need to. i just bought the fenty gloss bomb heat in hot cherry on you rec and you never stear me wrong, i love it. hope you and your fam is well. love every video from you, thanks for always making me happy
That is seriously so sweet of you! Thank you for leaving such a kind comment! 🥰 I am just so glad to hear that the gloss is working well for you. Good job on working out! I need to be more consistent with it!
I went through my makeup. Declutter things I’m not using. I do love the huda naughty palette. I didn’t purchase it when first came out. I did purchase it with a gift card I got for my birthday this yr.
I have pretty decent natural brows, but I like to enhance them so I definitely use a tinted brow gel a lot, but the shape of my brows also likes to fall down, so a lot of the time if I use a tinted brow gel, I will put a clear brow gel with a lot of hold on top to keep it in place, and it actually sometimes gives individual hairs more definition. I really like the Anastasia clear brow gel, it has a lot of hold, and apparently the covergirl clear brow gel is a dupe! I’ve also been using Anastasia brow freeze and putting the nyx brow pen on top (elf just came out with something they clearly want to dupe it!).
I got mycelium from the rawbeautykristixcolourpop collab, but I also got the green, and OH MY GOD, the green is incredible. It’s like a green/gold duo chrome and it just looks so interesting on the eyes. And mycelium looks incredible, so sparkly, I love to put my bronzer in the crease and pop mycelium on the lid and/or inner corner!
I am glad you have discovered powder foundation--I have been a powder foundation woman for about 12 years. I don't like the feel of liquid foundation on my face at all. Currently I am using Loreal, which is a bit too light. I follow up with a small amount of Bare Minerals original to give my face more glow and life.....lots of compliments on my skin. The powder does not sink into my lines (I have lots of those) and the finish is wonderful. I do set my face with setting spray, but it lasts all day. Thanks for the video--I know you are super busy these days. Enjoy your little one at this stage--they do grow up so fast.
i’m starting a bit of a shop my stash for next year, instead of doing a project pan. a lot of my products aren’t extremely old, but i feel my makeup collection has been neglected the past two years when it comes to consistent usage… so i’m going to do a seasonal shop my stash because a lot of my products are in fours, and see how well i naturally use my products up.
I have neutral to yellow undertones, but more light medium skin, and it’s SO hard to find foundations with a good undertone! I really appreciate brands that actually have yellow toned shades, but sometimes they can be a bit too yellow. But otherwise I either look orange or grey 😂 so many foundations look too deep on me when really they’re just too orange. The foundation shades I love are wet n wild photo focus foundation soft beige, tarte light medium sand, and nyx can’t stop won’t stop foundation 6.5 nude. My friend actually bought the nyx one and it turned out to be too yellow on her, and I was like GIMME GIMME GIMME 😂 but i need a very moisturizing/hydrating primer. Tarte is great for yellow tones because their “sand” shades are a nice neutral to yellow tone!
So many Fantastic products that I love too. I just got the Of Quartz palette today in the mail. I couldn't believe they were delivering on a Sunday. (I actually got the entire collection, and it's really pretty.) I also picked up lunch money for a highlighter because I heard really good reviews about it. I also picked out the sunflower pallet (I forgot what it's called), and the Rudolph pallet. Was a pretty big order, but I got a really good deal on it.❤❤
There are some really great products in this video... some that I haven't heard about before. I am curious how the Elf Mint Melt primer compares to the Jelly Pop Primer? I bought two of the Mint Melt primer during a 60% off sale!
I really like the Mint Melt primer too! I think that one might be a little more hydrating the elf Jelly Pop is slightly more tacky! I need to break out my Mint Melt primer for the winter time because that's definitely one of my favorites.
hello my beautiful friend!!! i hope you’re doing well and little man is awesome as well. i’ve heard amazing things about beauty pie. i loveeee the colourpop of quartz palette so much. ♥️♥️♥️
Have you tried the One Size powder foundation? Soooo good! Congrats on your little one! Adoptive parent here also! Loving your content these days. Happy Holidays!
Actually I haven't tried that one! I think I might have to grab it with the new Sephora coupon code. Thank you for your suggestion. Also, thank you so much for your sweet comment! I appreciate it so much!
I Love the Too Faced Hangover Rx. I just brought another one during the sale. I need to try the Elf Jelly primer, maybe when I’m done with my current one. I’m using one from Tarte, I feel like it’s older because I got it through BoxyCharm idk. I might have to try out a powder foundation. I have two little ones at home and have been skipping makeup most days because it takes so long. I ended up a CC cream to make help me even out things on my face but maybe a powder foundation could work well as well.
Thank you for this video. I tried the tower 28, and don’t like it a ton. I actually like the beauty blender skin tint better. I have combo/dry skin so u may like it. Would love to see a video with ur thoughts

I need some advice on powder.....every time I use it with different foundations, it always leaves me looking powdery/chalk looking. What am I doing wrong?
One thing that really helps me is by applying it with a slightly damp beauty sponge! It really presses the powder into the skin and takes away some of that powderiness!
