Actually oily faces needs to moisturized. Its because something in your face produces oil because your face lacks oil. So moisturizer is needed to lessen the oiliness :)
Not necessarily true. You could moisturize and end up being extra oily cause of it. Usually people with oily skin need a moisturizer that is specifically made to reduce oil production.
