i love it too , but it’s just a little tacky . my favorite coat is the pink one , and I love all their face sculpts and the accessories and fashion are just on point , we stan . i put them on made to move bodies because they are so beautiful . 🤩

People start to look something similar between Barbie extra and lol OMG, that people start to think Barbie copy them, and it was a drama, but if lol surprise think Barbie copy them, maybe this line gonna be canceled, and i don't want that to happen, i love this line. AND I believe it has 9 points of articulation, which is great (even though it isn't made to move)! Edit: oh wait, I think they are made to move! Edit 2: wait, they aren't double jointed at the elbows or knees, but close to made to move!

I love that Mattel is finally putting effort into their dolls, compared to what we've seen these are such decent detailed dolls but the price should be like $21

I wanted the dolls... but i cant pass a Pixelated face and the hair it’s not very good in quality
Barbie has a pixelated face since the other dolls face don’t look pixelated at all

Mattel's attempt to catch up to MGA's Rainbow High dolls. The quality just isn't there though imo.
It's more the OMG dolls, but yeah... Mattel seems to be heavily basing this doll wave on LOL's style.
@@Nickiminajbarb53 But they've been competitors since Bratz came onto the market. The dolls of this wave take elements that are eerily similar to the OMG dolls, even if the pink haired doll reflects 2015 Chloe more closely, especially with the sunglasses.

@@Nickiminajbarb53 Like I said, this doll wave specifically takes elements similar to what has been done by MGA and LOL, and applies them to their dolls, and said wave was only released recently, and the OMG dolls were made last year. Doll production takes approximately 18 months, so Mattel and the Barbie team knew exactly what they were doing when putting these dolls together.
@@Nickiminajbarb53 In terms of the outfits and hair/hairstyles they used here are definitely comparable, the stylizing and proportions are obviously different, but that doesn't change the choices they made for the names, outfits, and the hair.

I really like #2 the most of all of them and - unpopular opinion - them having non articulated ankles is a PLUS for me. The ankle joint on the MTM bodies is so weak that it bugs me a lot.
Totally agree - and my nine year old daughter hates the articulated ankles, so not having them on a doll while retaining the other articulation is great.

Barbies extras 2 and 3 have a style I love and this line is the first barbie line I've seen where the dolls have make up instead of just lipstick or minimal makeup (no makeup) and or budget looking clothes I will definitely buy these dolls when they are officially out in stores
