She is certainly not fluent but she knows an impressive amount of English fluent means you fully understand the language can speak it including certain slang words as well is sometimes considered the criteria she is pretty awesome.

@@imsuchalesbianforwomen I'm chill but if your going to use the term fluent that carries with it educational and administrative recognition that's why when you you apply for jobs such as translator they take heavy look at your record and schooling and your even tested both orally and written on your fluency. Your actually tested and recognized as fluent because it depends what type of jobs you can go for.

It's nice to see an idol who knows what she's doing in a game... although being good or not is a different story. There are some who are like "I like games" then proceeds to not even grasp the most basic of controls. While the statement might not be false, it shows inexperience. Yoohyeon seems to have spent quite a bit of time on games, but never actually had time to get good at it.
