The problem with Lebron has always been his game is aesthetically ugly and incomplete and that he followed the beauty and excellence of MAGIC, Bird, Isaiah, MJ, Shaq, Kobe, and AI so Bron has always needed the manufactured drama/hype to get eyeballs. Media was on MJ side too IMO when they all knew he wasn't a very nice peson w/gambling issues. Why was that? Nobody dared criticized MJ's talent, but his ability was beyond criticism when I watched him play only in Championships. LOL I truly don't get the exceptionally strong dislike for LJ to the point of folk feel joy for anything he does/doesn't do. Trying to recall any other player in NBA who got so much hatred as LJ seems to get for what you outlined as no big crime.
