because they(talent) are singing songs that they(hololive/cover corp) dont have permission to stay uploaded on youtube thats why you see a lot of them(talent) cover the same song all the time because they(hololive/cover corp) get permission for those songs and so it can stay uploaded. if youre talking about the karaoke its the same thing permission from them(hololive/cover corp) now if youre wondering how this fan is able to avoid getting in trouble even thou he is uploading this video its because a corporate(song publisher/recording company) wont pursue nor sue an individual that wont be able give them "damage" that they can actually profit from them suing the individual. which cover corp is trying to avoid hey this is just my speculation so take it with a grain of salt as it came from just a random stranger on the internet
