This is how I do it first I do what you did when you went on google and then back to flipaclip I go and get the flag and make the perfect size and then ruler thing and ball tool and then eraser and when I'm done with the eraser I then outline it still with ball tool and then whatever eyes i want yeah whatever I want but it is hard for the shadow so I don't do the shadow and BOOM!! You got a perfect countryball and that's how I do it and a tutorial so YOU YEAH YOU AND EVERYONE ON THE PLANET PLEASE 🙏🙏 DO THIS TUTORIAL PLEASE 🙏🙏!!
