Had contact yesterday. Still waiting for an explanation for the most recent ghosting so we can process it and move past it…maybe even an apology (but I’ve released any expectations - just observing how they are moving). They got lovey-dovey/flirtatious with me during our texting. This is so them, deflecting and avoiding/dancing around the pink elephant in the room. This pattern has occurred before they turn cold and run. The flirtatious attention wasn’t outrageous. It was them testing the waters. I must admit, it felt good/familiar, but my eyes are wide open.
