...I think this is interesting. I do, wholeheartedly agree, she's been a shell of her former self. What I find interesting is Wagner's comments with regard to the system Pugh has been in. Wagner took a small shot at Ellis, by saying she didn't develop complementary action to strengthen Pugh's skill set. She also noted how she's said this before. Not commentating during a game she hasn't. She did nothing but lick Ellis' boots. I've been saying for years that Pugh would highly benefit from a new/better coach. These thoughts are documented in past games. I think she's on the upswing as there have been notable instances where she's made impact plays executed from reaction and instinct.
