Love watching these U17 teams play. It shows where the women's game is headed. Also, watching Vicky Lopez play assures me that the future of the women's game is going to be in good hands....and feet.
There was a brief one touch movement through the centre of French defense about 10 minutes into the 2nd half by 3 Spaniards including Vicky - mesmerizing. The final touch to beat the last defender was off. Otherwise could have been a goal for the ages.

Felicidades a Francia. Jugaron muy bien con sus armas y la velocidad de Joseph y Traore hizo daño. Tienen un gran equipo, en especial estas dos y Mendy y la portera Fernández.
España tuvo posesión y ocasiones. No jugaron mal pero faltó acierto en la delantera. Vicky López es y va a ser una jugadora diferencial 💪.
En el fútbol no existe eso de merecerlo o no. Son dos estilos de juego y ganó Francia. Toca felicitarles.

French was lucky to have some room to score the first goal.
Both teams were all too young to organize and set up to win. Both team tried to score as fast as they could - even they was very far or at not a goodc angle to the goalie or lot of opponents blocked in front of them😂. That were the coaches' responsibility to train them the other better way to win the game.
Over all, we all had fun to watch this game👍🏻

Spain players are just too selfish… they all want to shine not understanding a football match is won by team work. Vicky Lopez is their best player but it’s obvious a lot of her teammates are envious of her… if they had played as a team and not play unnecessary long shots , they would have won. But it’s a pity

This is a good analysis. Teamwork makes the dream work. Spain dominated the game especially in the first half with the control of play but the lack of teamwork costs them to convert their chances into goals with the unnecessary long shots, no accuracy and poor game sense, and not being aware of their teammates around them.
Vicky Lopez is extremely talented, a generational talent that don't come often her skills, game play and shot accuracy is incredible. She has a bright future and she is the future of women's football. Quiroga played nice in the midfield and Ortega on the field makes a difference with her speed and passes. Aïcha is incredibly nice at the defense position.
France's game play is like Real Madrid they capitalize on the chances given to them. Mélinda Mendy is a good football player she has a bright future as well. She is talented and has the skills to become a star in the women's football game.

Dear JT, the only robbery going on was Spain robbing themselves of taking advantage of their numerous chances which they somehow botched. You might take a minute and try searching for a more appropriate verb to describe their failure. Just so you don't think I had some dog in this fight, I didn't. The score could easily have been 6-2 if Spain had played up to their opportunities. Thus, Spain deserved what they got.

No endoses esa etiqueta a todo un país. En todos sitios hay gente inculta y zafia (en España también no lo niego) pero generalizar y condenar a un país entero? Si lo dices por lo que pasó con Vinicius, todo mi apoyo al jugador y mi condena de esos hechos. No es la primera vez que ocurre en estadios de fútbol. Ahora te hago una pregunta, sabías que en España hay casos de gente haciendo gestos racistas y al ser identificados, además de perseguidos por la justicia porque de acuerdo a la ley son delitos de odio, han sido expulsados y cesados de sus puestos de trabajo en sus empresas? Eso lo hace un país racista? Cuando son identificados además de la condena social se van a la calle y se les expulsa del trabajo con una patada en el trasero, y lo tienen merecido.
