*In celebration of the new Halloween/Michael Myers movie starring Jamie Lee Curtis coming in October this year, I thought I'd upload one of my all-time favorite documentaries. "The Night She Came Home" revolves around Jamie Lee Curtis's appearance at the 2012 'HorrorHound' horror convention in Indianapolis on November 17 & 18 in an attempt to raise money for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles as well as give her fans, Halloween fans and horror fans a chance to meet her, receive autographs, etc. It's available on the 35th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray release of Halloween (1978), which exists as both a stand-alone release and a part of the 2014 Halloween: Complete Collection Blu-ray box-set.*
Jlc did this all for charity, love her! Even with the Danielle/Scout controversy this shows she really is a great human being..I hope Jamie reaches out to Scout and Danielle and they get some healing!💯🎃
I can proudly say that Sean Clark is one of my good Friends, one of the nicest guy’s you’ll ever meet! He’s always awesome at Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Con 🙏🙏 Ron Garvey
I think if I had gone to this event (which I desperately wanted to, but didn't have the funds), and I had gotten to meet Jamie, I think I would have literally started to cry, mainly due to her being a big part of my life watching and loving movies for the past 30 years of my life, and not just Halloween, but Trading Places, A Fish Called Wanda (possibly my all time favorite film of hers), Fierce Creatures (which is so very underrated), True Lies, and many, many of her other films!
She has so much energy and I just love how real she was about it all. You could tell she is both extremely pleasant and no b.s. at the same time. I got tired just watching her do all of that.
This just made my whole day I mean the fact that she made so much money over $100,000 charity for the children's hospital of Los Angeles. This is unbelievable like I've never seen anything like this in my life and the fact that she was so loving and caring no matter what part of day it was. She didn't care if it was late or she didn't care that it bother her she stayed to the very last person got something signed it was so awesome to see my all time favorite actress in such a relaxed down to earth calm demeanor even under small or big stress. She's such a major inspiration to me in my life. I can honestly say I've made better choices after I've seen interviews and watch how she's been with people it's changed the direction of my life 🤗 it's changed how I treat people I respect everybody I treat them more respectful that I ever did in the past I understand now that everybody special and everyone deserves to be treated with respect and I tried to the best I can to have a great marker right strangers people that we don't see more than once in our life. And as a Christian is a believer what she did was give so much of herself and it was so closely someone that would do what Jesus would do what could she have done to help and she knew exactly what she could have done and she did exactly what worked and look how successful she made it because she had an idea. Don't don't shoot down all your dreams because just cuz you might be older doesn't mean it still can't come true. I'm 37 years old and I deal with my autism I'm very high functioning many ppl don't even know. And to see how she was with everybody being showed me how I can change my life to see that she was so giving and loving I needed a chance to do that too because I know that's what Jesus has called us to do. It was a great example of being selfless and being generous and compassionate and loving peaceful and patient fruits and spirit she had a lot of fruits that Jesus says his children will have. I never judge a person by their cover because it's taught me that some people that love horror movies might not even realize but are people that just like me just cuz you like corned beef doesn't mean you're weird it's just we all have that need to want to go to a theater and be scared sometimes LOL and let me tell you if you want to be scared watch The talented geometry all the movies that she's so graciously starred in for the horror film genre.
A very good & interesting documentary with JLC . Her sister Kelly Curtis working behind the scenes on this project when JLC did a Convension in November 2012 helping Jamie raise $$$ for LA Children's Hospital ! Omg if only l lived in America or was least at the time of this event ! 👍🙏♥️

I got to meet Sean Clark about a year ago. We talked for a while about Kiss, Motley Crue and The Exorcist.
Jamie just seems so awesome. Wish I could get to meet her.

It sucks she won’t ever do this again. I was 16 at the time and had no idea this was happening.
53:50 🤣
The subtitles don't appear when they should. And it's when the music is playing.
I wonder why more was not made of her reunion with Brian Andrews?
I have to see her before I pass on .n
To bad i live in Sweden
