At one point in the video I heard you said that it is really hard to do rowing with nails on but for ASMR it’s hard to do ASMR without nails and it got me thinking and I have a solution! If you buy press on nails with sticky nail tabs you can apply and take the chosen nails off after every video so it’s easy to do ASMR and easy to do rowing! It’s also so much more affordable and it still works the same!! ( just a suggestion ) cya :)

I have another idea. You can do a timed video. You spend 2 mins per trigger, could make for a longer video. Hand sounds, tongue clicking, fabric scratching, tapping, skin tapping/scratching, invisible scratching/raking, personal attention etc.
