You can use fosroc anchoring grout as well, cheaper than this and have capabilities to set under water and price around 300 per pack. You can fill approximate 15 holes of 16mm dia.and 4" deep.
It is rebar grouting with epoxy. But how to grout entire column or beam where voids are there and premature rusting is there in re bar?

I have to make beam from one pillar to another pillar, distance is 14 feet and there will not be any wall and pillar support in between two pillar (sirf do pillar hee hai 14 feet ki duri hai). Pease tell me how to make the beam, I have to create 10ft tall wall on the beam to place the roof.

For drilling, the process is for example you have to drill for T16mm, so you will use bit 20mm, then drill according to Halti for T16, 125mm for T20mm, 170mm, for T25mm, 210mm like this.

How old is the structure?
If its not very old then drill holes at 3"c/c inclined inside and grout with epoxy two component
If its more than 15 years old then better add extra main reinforcement by welding and plaster with polymer modified mortar or use ply shutter and place microconcrete
Better consult a practicing structure engineer in your area

Cement usually never a defective material. The creaks are not due to cement. All cement and company provide good cement. The creakes are due to workman ship of mistry. They have no engineering knowledge.
