When you are feeling sick it's good to rest and keep warm and eat and drink what you can stomach. I know when I got my booster shot I was very sick so it's good to just rest and relax don't force yourself to go out

The six liter water I refill it for free in the supermarket. In Japan most of supermarket have a water refilling station.
