What a great performance by Bulgaria!
Tijana Boskovic is struggling and lacks connection with their Setter. Many times that Boskovic chose to dump or drop the ball instead of hitting it hard because of the terrible sets. I hope it can be fixed.
Looks like Bulgaria getting better and better day by day , with love from Thailand.

I heard that Drca had a back injury. The team clearly misses her. Mirkovic does a lot of bad options. Also Aleksic is soooo much better than Popovic. Bulgaria really did an very good game. Dimitrova is leading this team. And Busa was the most incredible surprise today, she looks more mature, congratulations.
Cabe recalcar que Bjelica hizo un buen trabajo, y no se diga Lozo.

Boscovic seems not unleashing her 100 percent yet. Serbia needs to be much stronger than this so they’ll defend their title. Bulgaria has been improving a lot through the years. Congrats to both teams for a good match. 🎉

I'm not quite sure if they're tired for playing 2nd game in less than 24hrs but I'm happy that Busa step up by giving 26 points today. This is missing in Tokyo Olympics and CEV finals. They have to find another player if Boskovic is not performing well. Cheers!!!

@@ohreally6114 I noticed that too. You can really see the difference when Lozo and Aleksic is on the court on 4th set. Mirkovic has to answer her critics because Busa already answered them.

Bulgaria faught really well against a stronger Serbia. You can also definitely tell Vasileva is aging as she is 32 years old and the main backbone for her team. She has 48 attacks and 38 receptions, which are both the most on the Bulgarian team. It is noticeable that Vasileva's attacks are not effective anymore. She also seems to have some stamina issues recently. Her attack efficiency is usually pretty good in the first two or three sets, but once it gets to the forth or fifth set, her efficiency drops a lot. An example of that would be her previous game against Germany. She even got subbed out at the end of game against Germany due to her attacks being ineffective as she is showing a certain level of tiredness.
Sara Lozo must play, because she is the best on that position and Drca is better setter than Mirkovic
Watching Mirkovic during this match made me miss Maja more. I am rooting for Serbia to defend their title but it’s gonna be a tough road without a competent setter 😢

Boskovic é uma das melhores jogadoras do mundo, mas no time da Sérvia a presença dela as vezes pode atrapalhar. As jogadoras são anuladas toda hora e quando atacam uma bola ou outra são bloqueadas ou amortecidas. Quando a Boskovic sai o time vira mais um conjunto e todas conseguem se destacar.
Kadang memang Boskovic menjadi yg terbaik kalau umpan dari setternya.Klo dengan Maja..dia sudah tau umpan point.
Harus bisa menyatu memang dengan opposite.
Correto, penso da mesma forma com a Gabi. A atleta fica muito sobrecarregada .

Mirkovic was so bad today and Busa was great
Santarelli's choice to put Mihajlović instead of Lozo was wrong. Also, Mina Popović instead of Maja Aleksić was wrong choice. Mina does absolutely nothing on court and doesn't contribute to the team. Busa on the other hand played fantastic today, very happy for her. Also, Stevanović in attack is horrible..i miss Rašić and Veljković 🥺

Serbia should have won easily against Bulgaria because Serbian setter Mirkovic played very badly, luckily in the 5th set he was replaced by Drca.
Bulgarian girls were a bit rude in Eurovoley 2021, especially with Poland and Sweeden when they were host City. I'd like see them with that attitude against Serbia, Italy, or Brazil.

The goal here is to be healty and in a good form from the quaterfinals onwards, not now in the group stage. This tournament is long (way to long if you ask me) and with many obstacles before the final stage

Mirkovic and Popovic almost ruined Team Serbia. Boskovic cannot hit properly with Mirkovic’s horrible set. Please never put Mirkovic as the starting line up again.
However, Busa and Lozo played exceptional today. Busa is my MVP of today’s match.
Drca was not feeling well, she was supposed to rest. Thats why mirkovic played mostly. Anyway-Bulgaria played amazing. Thankfully we managed the 5th set😅🤞🏼🇷🇸

Não estou surpreso com o resultado. A Servia é bastante instável, principalmente na recepção, e como não tem levantadoras regulares, a velocidade e qualidade do jogo é comprometido. Jogar com bola alta quase o tempo todo facilita a marcação e cansa as atacantes. Bulgaria é um time alto, sem velocidade a leitura fica fácil pra elas. E as pontas titulares tem que ser Lozo e Busa, ou Milenkovic e uma delas, Miha não rende mais tanto no ataque, e Lozo sofre muito nesse fundamento ainda. Servia vai ter que melhorar no passe, só com bola alta, não vai muito longe não.

I'm pretty sure both of those teams will be fine . The group stage is important but they are definitely not playing at their full potential.

@@zzzz....8872 That's just how it usually is . Stronger teams won't give their all in the group stages. There is a lack of motivation when you know that you are stronger combined with improving the form as you progress.
That can result in them being defeated though, which almost happened today . Nobody should be underestimated.

Pelatih serbia yang baru ini selalu anggap remeh lawan, ketika melawan bulgaria setter diganti dengan mikrovic, setelah team tertekan selalu panik, bisa bisanya set ke 3 boskovic dan belija main bareng itu :( , serbia harus tentukan team inti, dan biarkan mereka bermain sepanjang turnamen, kecuali jika cidera baru di ganti. Fyi, setter utamanya, drca, lagi ada masalah sama punggungnya. Makanya pakai mirkovic karena santerelli nggak mau ambil resiko kalau lebih parah nantinya. Set 3 bosko sama bjelica di satu lapangan, ini karena mau ganti pemain. Sebenernya tim inti serbia dari awal udah dibentuk: drca, boskovic, lozo, busa/lazovic, aleksic, stevanovic, dan pusic. Cuma ya namanya pelatih pengen lihat skill yang lainnya

Tapi ke depannya, katanya dia bakal jadi partner boskovic buat siklus olimpiade selanjutnya. Nggak tahu kenapa, mirkovic masih aja dipakai di tim nasional padahal banyak setter yang skillnya lebih bagus dari dia 💀

Serbia has talented players but there is still a huge gap to the experience that they lost . Serbia lost great players that had 10-15 years competing at the top level -its not possible to replace that talent+experience (The fastest transition I have seen has been the Italian mens team that has done the impossible - 2-3 years and they are on top without the old top players - although Giannelli and Belasso have the experience) . Maja and Rasic where among the top 4 best players at their positions for the last 15 - 10 years (would say that Rasic was the best middle player in volleyball for about 8 years before quitting ). Serbia has a Great team but moody (and Bulgaria has the moody stuff x 2)

Maja is excellent. But we have to except her decision to skip the world championship. She is 38...most of the players retire a lot earlier.

Bosko tuh tergantung setter. Kalau setternya bagus, ya dia bagus. Di sini setternya mirkovic yang mana dari awal ngeset bola nggak pernah bagus ke bosko. Kalau setternya drca, bosko bagus banget. Lihat aja pertandingan sama canada kemaren
@@sandimaulana9127 iya, harus menyesuaikan lagi. Di vnl kemarin, tanpa bosko, serbia sudah bagus. Dan serbia tidak bergantung dg bosko akhirnya, karena muncul kemampuan baru seperti bjelica, lozo, lazovic, aleksic, stefanovic. Mereka bukan muka baru, tapi kemampuan mereka terlihat sekali meningkat saat vnl kemarin. Semoga santarelli dapat formula yg bagus agar bosko dan pemain yg lain lebih menyatu dan lebih banyak berbicara di kejuaraan dunia.
