Lani is the Multiplex Queen. She recorded songs by Streisand, Alanis, Madonna etc-very close to how they sound-sold in Asia as minus-one cassette tapes throughout karaoke’s infancy.
Next time it would be awesome if you react to Lani, Regine, and Jaya singing Whitney's The Greatest Love of All. They are our original Vocal Trinity -- our answer to Whitney, Mariah, and Celine. They were in their prime when they sang that song together. I am confident you are going to love them.
Most of what I love about Philipines singers, is they have never done the pouty lips singing, which is so irritating to watch. They open their mouths and SING! It's just marvelous use of their vocals. I love listening and watching them sing.
The Lea Salonga and Rachelle Ann Go duet was from 2014 - 25th anniversary concert of MISS SAIGON. Lea was 43. Lea singing “Don’t Cry For Me Argentina” is from around 2001 when she was 30. Lea sang Fantine in the 25th anniversary concert of LES MIZ in 2010 when she was 39. Lea has the distinction of the only performer to play 2 different roles in the LES MIZ anniversary concerts: Eponine in 1995 and Fantine in 2010. Lea may not have the crazy high range of other singers or the riffs, but her voice is so pure, emotive and beautiful. She doesn’t need vocal gymnastics to move you with her singing. I never get tired of listening to Lea or watching reaction videos! NEVER BORING!
Lea Solonga is one of the GOATs! She doesn't get enough acknowledgement of her AMAZING voice! (by the way, she's is ARMY and share's her love of the guys!)
Lani Misalucha made history as the first Asian to headline a main showroom in Las Vegas performing with Hawaii's premiere showband Society of Seven at the Jubilee Theatre of Bally's Hotel and Casino. Her stint at Bally's ran for 15 months from August 7, 2004, to February 5, 2006, after which she and the Society of Seven moved to the Main Showroom of the Flamingo from August 2006 to April 13, 2008. Her performances there solidified her reputation as a world-class entertainer, drawing audiences with her exceptional vocal range and captivating stage presence.
Oh my God! Lea Salonga, the Queen of Broadway, and Morissette! My two favourite singers in one show. They are the only vocalists who move me to tears when I listen to them.
@@tuting1965I don't think she won the Oscar's for that song. I believe it was the composer who got the award. The award was for the song, not for the singer.

Why Lea is great...because she relay the story with full emotions in her voice, the small nuances at the right moment plus how her face, her eyes delivers the right amount of reaction.
Lea salonga... is my first ever singer idol looking back to my childhood. I've dreamed to be great like her.. ❤❤❤❤ this is beautiful thank you so much!

Lea Salonga will be back in the UK again this June! We can't wait to see her perform in Cardiff on the 25th! Keep making us proud to be Pinoy, Lea Salonga!
I have witnessed Lani Misalucha live singing in one of the restaurants in Manila and her voice is just captivating and very soothing to the ear and heart. I LOVE her voice. So rich and beautiful.
Love Lea. She was my idol growing up. I hoped to do theatre because of her... Sadly, i'm better suited to belting out in the showers than a stage lol. Lea & Pentatonix sang a christmas song together. I suggest you check that out. Not necessarily for a reaction but just for the pleasure of hearing such fine blending of voices 🥰
Sorry I missed your live stream but not sorry you reacted to 4th Impact. They are my go to girl group for harmonies, belting, growls, whistle notes, and smiles galore. Hope you fall in love with them ! They have been singing together as a group since 2001 so its no wonder that they have this incredible blend of their voices. They are currently in the USA pursuing their dreams and recently released their first EP with 5 original songs. These girls were born for the big stage and their future is bright. Thank you so much for including Mark Michael Garcia on your list, the guy is so talented and he can really sing but he is so underrated in PH. God bless

You can also tryo lani misalucha "La Njghtingale" the return concert.
I feel the same way about Lea Salonga!!! I'm just so happy I exist in the same world! To hear that voice control! And the graceful way she presents herself!
Lea Salonga is a legend.
Kindly include Katrina's "Araw Gabi"
Lea's " A Little fall of rain" with Micheal Ball and "On my Own" both Les Mis.
Mark Michael Garcia "Incomplete".
4th Impact - " Leave the door open"
Thank you.
Have you guys ever seen their, LEAVE THE Door Open, covered by 4th Impact?, Oh it is to die for and sexy as heck. Vocals and harmony are on Beat, it's AWESOME 😎💯
I would really like to see you react to Aegis - it is a Filipino band with 3 awesome female vocalists. Their songs are reminiscent of 80s and 90s rock ballads, and are Filipino favorites at videokes as they are particularly challenging (only for the bravest of hearts). A very successful play has been created and staged based in their songs.
I suggest checking out their performances of Luha (Wish Bus), Basang Basa sa Ulan (Wish Date), and Halik (ASAP).
yeah i agree with Aegis their also rocker like Sir Riichard.
@@malouaguilar9565 yes, exactly why i would want to see richard and johnny's reactions to their performances - a little different from the solo balladeers they've already seen...
*Katrina with Troy Laurete "Araw Gabi"
*MMG with Daryl Ong "James Ingram Medley " with a whistling tone of MMG..
*Arnel Peneda "Faithfully" His Lead Singer of Journey thnx!..
Yes for Katrina Velarde and Troy Laurete "Araw Gabi"!!!!
Mori and Lani are the BESTTTTTT
Bukas Nalang Kita Mamahalin - "I will Love You Tomorrow"

I like your dynamic. You don't take yourselves seriously. Respect to you both. New to your channel. I'm just here to hear how foreigners find our singers sing! Great job guys. Thank you.
Regine,Lani and Jaya . The queens of OPM .😊
Lani had a residency in Las Vegas for years in case you didn’t know.😊
don't forget her (Lea) version of Still Hurting - a rehearsal( the Last five years)
Pls react to Lea Salonga’s Via Dolorosa. Thanks
4th impact started singing when they were kids, former cercados sisters.
National language is tagalog but there are lots of native dialect in every island!
Lea is queen of theatre and Disney Princess all rolled into one. KZ is the poster artist of switch ups. You guys should watch KZ doing Close to you and she plays the trumpet in that one.
