Cycling the Galloping Goose: Victoria to Sooke, BC

The Galloping Goose trail is a beautiful rail trail joining the beautiful cycling communities of Victoria, Langford and Sooke located on Vancouver Island, BC and ranked as my top ride of 2023! Join me as I tick another bucket list rides off my list. I start in downtown Victoria then take the E&N and to the Sooke Potholes Park and back.

This was really helpful. While bike touring the Olympic Peninsula I plan to head up to BC to see my sister in Sooke. I was curious if the Galloping Goose trail was bikeable since I plan to ride from the ferry terminal to Sooke. Your video answered that question and has me excited for that part of the trip! Thanks!
