So this is basically MAGE: Mario Amateur Games Expo, like SAGE. Honestly, i'm all for this to be an yearly online event, SAGE has been doing this for decades and they show some original games from time to time.
I think this was the third year F3 had a presentation and I agree with you that this should be continued! SAGE will always have the advantage of SEGA actually being on board and super supportive towards hacks/mods/fangames of their IP. SEGA luckily changed their ways and now seems to be Japan's answer to Valve (just look at Sonic Mania and the Black Mesa game!) But.. I'm afraid that F3 can turn in to something that Nintendo would DMCA-nuke, I mean Kaze already got struck like two times and if they hit him with one more then his channel will be terminated (idk if Nintendo eventually released one or both of them though). Hope all turns out well and Nintendo realizes that there is more evidence pointing towards these kinds of things helping and not hurting them :0
I am actually hyped for Super Mario 127, I only heard of it through this video but I loved Super Mario 63 and always thought of how it could be polished and improved, and Super Mario 127 looks a lot like what I thought of.
The jiggies of time was easily the best trailer. Don't know if it's necessarily the best game here, but the trailer definitely was insane. It's a shame that a lot of the trailers are just random bits of footage with some movie-makerish titles thrown on there. It really undersells the games. But jiggies of time looks reeeeeally good.

I think the Banjo Kazooie mods started getting made a few years ago. there is a application called Banjos Backpack which you can mod Banjo Kazooie with. There is no Tooie application yet but covid 19 has made it get much much more progress.
These annual F3 presentations get me as hyped as E3 did in 1999. Romhackers and modders are a thousand times more interesting than anyone else in the medium.
