You don't get that thick sweetness on the tongue from other citrus mixed drinks. Hot summer day you can drink like a dozen of these and not feel too sweet!

I would cast an encouraging vote for your next project, to consider honouring "The Old Fashioned"; arguably the most popular cocktail in the world. As you would know; Its original popularity dates back to the 1800's, and it plays second fiddle to none.
Great suggestion! We've got an Old Fashioned episode in the works, it's definitely a favourite and one of those cocktails that is both simple and complex in terms of how many different variations you can do.
