Best under 10 minute tutorial I watched so far (in my life). Calm and clear explanation of the topic and contains everything what you need to start. Very well done. Thank you.

I've spent the last week trying to figure out source control on my own ("surely it's not that complicated, right?"), and it's been a nightmare. Your video could have saved so much grief, but I'm very glad that I understand it now. Thank you!

I'm following a web dev course and I spent all day yesterday learning how to do this, but on terminal with git codes, memorised them and took note in a notion folder.
This video gave me an incredible will to code lol, this program is incredible.

Thanks Reynald, that was the most succinct explanation of VS Code and its integration with Git/GitHub I've ever seen. I came looking for a quick guide to source control, and wasn't disappointed. You also have a very good demeanor for clearly explaining things!

This is the best Git beginner tutorial ever, it's very clear and easy to understand. I followed a 1.5 hour course on git from a bootcamp I took and it was pretty hard to understand how they explained everything. It's amazing how you have explained it all in 7 min! Thank you!

everyone has already said it, 'this is an amazing tutorial'. more content creators need to take notes. its important to create well thought out content, that keeps the average audience in mind. most of us developers work in bites. we want to get in and out and continue our dev work. we dont want to take courses on youtube. great job here! i am actually going to save this video and use it as a reference for all my new hires to quickly set up git in vs code. :)
