My money would've been on halb canon(hc even better) and cossack with a few spies for snaring chimus. No skirms means halbs last longer and goons tend to overkill and take longer than heavy infantry to kill shock infantry. Also takes care of the siege requirement vs a turtly civ like inca.

Are Conquistadors mercenaries? If so, chasquis are a great counter bc of 4,5x multiplier
