    I Tried Aura Health App For 180 Days - Aura Health Review / 6 months ago I started a journey with the Aura Health app, and in this video, I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences with this meditation app. As someone who's always been curious about meditation but struggled to find good guided meditations, I was on the lookout for the best meditation app that could help me on my path toward intentional living and self-care 🌞
    One of the first things that drew me to Aura was its simplicity. As someone interested in slow living and a more minimalist lifestyle, I appreciated the clean and user-friendly interface. It was easy to navigate, even for a meditation beginner like myself. The app offers various meditation sessions tailored to different needs, including anxiety relief, better sleep, and building self-confidence - all essential aspects of my self-care journey.
    Over the past 180 days, I've noticed significant improvements in my daily life. The simple act of setting aside time for meditation allowed me to embrace slow living and my own spirituality fully. I found myself less anxious and better equipped to manage stress. I became more confident in various aspects of my life, and feel very guided now in my journey 🌱
    I must admit that I was initially skeptical about meditation apps, wondering if they were worth it.     Thanks for the review. Meditation is like a healthy diet for your mind. You may not see the benefits immediately but over a lifetime the benefits are cumulative and profound.

    Do you think that it is possible to achieve the level of calmness and peace that one wants, without any apps or external „forces”?

      100% it is! However, at least for me, it’s way easier to get into this peaceful state of mind using something that guides me. Kind of like working out with a personal trainer who tells you exactly what to do, it feels so much easier and results come faster. I have learned so many tools for mental health from Aura content, however, I still believe it's also very important to "workout without a trainer too" and at 8:46 of this video, I talk about this and how it should be done correctly.       I'm glad to hear that OAK is working for you! 🌟 I haven't tried it myself, but as the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for,' and sometimes investing in a premium service can yield substantial benefits. At least in my opinion Aura certainly provides with a significant return on the investment ✌️ Additionally, I have noticed that free services often have other hidden costs or monetization strategies via ads, so the user ends up being the product after all. However, it's so important to choose the option that aligns best with your preferences and needs. Thanks for sharing your perspective! 🌱

    it is strange to see how you try to be far from apps and smartphone but say to your people to use an app.... ummmm strange

      It's all about balance and intentionality. I don't think all tech, phones or apps are bad, just how we use them. So many things in our lives make it better if know how to use them, and make it worse if we don't. TH-cam is an excellent example of this.
