@@officialethanmcdowell Just bought this the other day and can't wait to try it out, need another 5amp battery but they're very expensive. Came back to your review to see how to release the battery, good review.
@@themaddtitan9799 I agree! If you're out there in the wild and that battery goes quiet... it's a long, cold, walk back to recharge with half a lawn cut.
Wow! I was searching for info on this mower to help in my decision on whether to buy it or not and could hardly believe the bonus I received! This video was far more entertaining than half of the movies I've watched this year! I think I'll watch it again just for the fun of it!
that is why you buy a matching trimmer so that if one battery does not make it for the whole cut you have a second battery to finish the job. Trouble is some Kobalt trimmers have the battery at the bottom in the string head. With that extra weight so far from your body it works on your back. You want the motor up on top near the battery which makes for a well- balanced trimmer and so much more comfortable to use.
Having the double-wielding batteries is a must, especially if you have a long lawn work-day ahead of you. And also yes, a good, deep, back stretch will help get you to the finish-line!
As someone who has the 40v weedeater and love it, I believe I'm going to pick this up. I enjoy doing my yard work in my cowboy flip flops or my steel toe Crocs. Along with my pinstripe zoot suit. But to each his own. Thanks for this hilarious review, loved it Ethan McJones!
Excellent choice! I'm picking up a 40V weedeater myself! I admire the bravery of donning the Zoot Suit, I'd sweat straight through that uniform, but the steel-toed Crocs are excellent for hacking that lawn down: breathable, protective, and comfortable... Thank you for watching!
@@officialethanmcdowell yes sir! The zoot suit is a bit hot, but when I put the suspenders on, and the steel toed crocs, the pride you feel outweighs the uncomfortableness. Don't even get me s started with the Thompson machine gun. You'll absolutely love the 40v weedeater, but if you get it, I recommend getting the set with the leaf blower. Make it worth your while. I've been using my weedeater for 4 summers now, zero issues. Same battery. I picked mine up from a secondhand shop, that has stuff new in the box but sold cheaper. I paid $100 for battery and weedeater so I can't complain. And I have the 40v work light I use for work, that thing is awesome because it can be used with a cord as well!
I LOVE your cowboy boots, Ethan McDowell!! I've LOVED cowboy boots since I was little! I have a broken-in brown pair with a more pointed toe. They're a slight lighter shade of brown than yours. I wear mine with loose jeans, jerseys and even shorts!! I LOVE the stitching on the toe of cowboy boots. I think it makes them stand out more. I LOVE how they make me look taller. I'm 5'10" and I wear size 12. Cowboy boots need their own paid holiday!! :) :) I feel the same way you do about cowboy boots! 👍😎😊👊 I want a black pair next, maybe with the metal toe taps on them!! Can't wait!!
Thank you! I agree that a good pair of cowboy boots should be a staple in everyone's wardrobe! Let me know when you get your new pair and happy boot shopping!
I bought one these 7 years ago, love it still mowes no problems.
That's great to hear it's still running strong! I'm still enjoying mine as well. Thank you for watching!
Never thought I would see a video on lawn mower so entertaining. High five to that dog is priceless
I figured I should take the lawn mowing business serious, and the Pup sure makes a good teammate! Thank you for watching!

Hope that wasn’t poison ivy you was hacking away at 😂😂
I definitely should have researched beforehand, but, Some risks need to be taken... along with some itch-relief ointment and a dignity recharge.

Wait, this is an advertisement for a lawn mower? I thought you were auditioning for an Indiana Jones reboot.
It's both. Granted it's Free advertising for a lawn mower... but, it's definitely my pitch a spin-off show as Indiana Jones's Cousin!
Scalped that yard lol
Yep, I definitely buzz-cut that poor yard high and tight... thank you for watching!
