Baptist rin ako (Reformed Baptist). Ganda ng loob nung kapilya nila, they retain the traditional high-church layout. Yung nasa center ang Lord's Table/the Altar and nasa gilid ang two pulpits. May stained glass windows, may choir loft, at may bell tower pa. Mukha tuloy traditional Methodist or Presbyterian church pero gusto ko yung ganyang set-up, may feeling of continuity sa past tradition unlike sa very plain layout/design ng mga kapilya ngayon sa mga Baptists and other Protestant churches. I think Baptist Convention, parang sobrang rare sa mga Fundamental Baptists ang mag layout ng ganyang kapilya, na design wise ay mukhang traditional Protestant Church like nasa center ang Lord's Table at may mga stain glass windows, at parang may bell tower pa. Hehe
its confusing evangelical church and baptist are both different evangelical is more modern while baptist in most remain traditional please enlighten how it came about
Fyi, not all baptist remains traditional. Maraming mga Baptist by name but not baptist in doctrine. May mga baptist na ginamit lamang ang word na Baptist ngunit galing sa Protestante, may mga pentecostal Baptist at siempre yung mga evangelical baptist. I may set an example na mga nanggaling sa mga baptist tulad ng CCF at GCF. Marami ng baptist na hindi tinataglay ang dalisay na mga doctrina, karamihan ay mga "Baptwist"
"Evangelical" simply means of the Gospels. Everyone who obeys the Gospel as the Primary Source of Christian Truth and recognizes it as the Inerrant Word of God is an Evangelical/evangelical.
