This is SO important, allowing us to be and become without chastisement and confusion. Perfect timing Sr. Denise. Giving freedom, releasing bondage. How freeing it is to understand that anger is an emotion, not a sin. Ego is emotion and defense. Until we realize how to undertake our karma, we’re bound and in pain. You’re the first person in my 70 years to give this freedom and I can’t but move now in eternal gratitude.

Thank you so much sister Denise. Listening to you for some time is truly helpful. Today I have felt totally open to God. Have not had that willingness befor. It is because feelings of shame and insecurity went away. I could see and understand myself and behaviour in the past in a way that has not been possible befor. I think it is becuse my heart opened because I could accept the clarity coming thru you. 😊 Nothing is better than feeling it is enough to be myself. Thank you again for all your classes and murli churnings.

Thank you, it was very empowering. We keep hearing "dont think about the past, past in past etc". But how can you detach from your traumas withought processing it? And gradually getting desensetised to it. 🙏🌻
