hi i think by mistake in the ijab part u have written that, in shia the marriage is void if there are no witness bt i read that there is no necessity of witness in shia. marriage withou witness in shia is valid pls check it

In sunni law without witnesses marriage is irregular but in shia law witnesses are not necessary to perform a marriage.so,there is no question of validity of marriage in shia law in respect of witnesses. On the other hand,At the time of dissolution witnesses are needed to perform dissolution of marraiage only because of the point of view of the shia law to be layal and just to the divorced wife..
Let me correct you here under shia law presence of witnesses is not necessary to constitute a marriage marraige without witnesses is said to be valid under shia law.... Bt apart frm ds i really lyk ur vds ... Keep uploading new content... 😊😊
