Then more outlets should go back over the Mueller Report page by page and explain how damning some parts of it are. Like the photos of a 2015 Trump tower meeting with Lavrov the Russian spy chief and Maria Butina the NRA heads ex GF who was a Russian spy. They were all smiles and arms over Don Jr in a meeting no one seems to know happened in 2015, except people who actually read Muellers full report where the photos were included.
Also Mueller confirmed the golden shower tape does exist, says a Rockefeller and a member of Billy Grahams family help Russian spies in the US and have for decades, and lays out more Russian meetings with Trumps campaign staff.

We require a 28th Amendment that keeps people from running for office if they have a criminal record of certain types.
The current SCOTUS would just knock it down or completely ignore it!

People who have been convicted and served their time are supposed to have paid their debt to society and be able to return to society with all the rights and duties of a citizen. That’s the theory. What you suggest nullifies the theory to stop one man. It won’t wash.

Election fraud should be one of those crimes that should be a bit of a bigger condition than time served, all's well. The business fuckery, no problem: It didn't interfere with with democracy when used alone. Payments to silence a porn star - if it was to keep it from wifey, no problem. But this was to help him steal an election, so, there's where the 28th would cover.
Armed robbery isn't one I'd consider as a 28th covered felony. It's not a democracy-interfering crime. Tearing down political signs of your opponent & setting fire to them - arson - yes. See the distinction?
