well, folk metal is not a substyle of metal by itself. It results by combining any kind folk music with any metal. If Bob Dylan wanted to play nu metal, it would still be folk metal, but also nu metal and american folk. Eluveitie WAS a Folk Death Metal band. Today it is a Folk Metalcore band.

They say it's rave industrial but i think it's a fusion from a lot of edm music style. Other similar bands are Eisenfunk, Noisuf-x, Valium era, T3rr0r 3rr0r
Here in Germany we simply call it "Industrial", however Industrial is a pretty broad term. You could have more luck with terms like "Aggrotech" or "Harsh Electro".
