how the top right corner 4 came from below it, shouldnt the 3 to the left be the reason for it? it is non complementary base paair A-A which will come fromm 3+1
@Ketki Mungi If it is a wobble pair, add 1 to the bottom diagonal. If it's not a wobble pair. Check its left, bottom, diagonal and then chose the highest value among them. Welcome in advance 😊
