The Bible tells us in 1Corinthians 12:12 that Christ is as the body which is one yet has many members. It then tells us that we are His members, and as such, are as He is (1John 4:17).
Can you imagine your arm or your leg or foot, being of a different nature from your head? Or answering to a different name from you? That would be absurd, wouldn't it be?
We understand from the Father that we are truly as Christ is because we are One Spirit with Him, and are One Body, with Him being the Head. This means whatever is true of Him is also our truth. Christ is our confession.
As you engage with the teachings the Lord has revealed to us in GGI, we pray that our God and Father may fill you with the full true knowledge of Him and of His Son Jesus Christ whom He sent, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. May He give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full true knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened.
