2:29:54 kempy is right , look at the players at Souths , been wrapped in cotton wool and allowed to have days off, player priveledge etc and lost there edge over a 12 months period
I thought the exact same. But the fact they chose to seperate Holmes / Murray last year was odd in itself so I thought it had to be something to do with Hammer. I dove a little deeper and noticed that hammer is a left hand carry / right fend no matter what side of the field for Dolphins, and that was in almost every try scoring footage I watched in 2023. He has to play left centre.
I think steven crichton's kicking game will also be a big part of countering the fast defence on that edge since they can always just shift early and critter kicks in behind, like the gf last year
It’s not cause they think Teddys been bad. They just think Edwards has been better this year which he has. Minimal gap between the two but Edwards has been a better player since last year now. Their concerns for Teddy overplaying his hand is fair. Hope he comes out and kills it tho
I reckon you should all go around and say which player you hate the most, the one you reckon you could all take in a fight and the player you'd love to go to dinner with.
You keep saying that connor Watson was in and that the blues really want a utility. How is dylan walker not in the mix? has been playing really well for the warriors and is the only other player who can legitimately cover all of those positions.
Reed got dog shotted multiple times throughout the game. Aswell as what Hastings did to him early in the game was worse than anything Reed did. But no one talks about that?

He literally kicked the roosters to death yesterday wtf are you on about? He doesnt have a long kick on him but inside the oppositions half hes unbelievable. Gave the roosters back 3 absolutely no chance and terrorized the tigers last week.
@@Jthom188facts, Townsend has been good this year. His kicking game looks a lot better like it was on 2022. His defence can still be a concern imo, but his job as a half he’s doing very well this year
Chooks were missing 5 to 6 players to origin duties and had injuries aswell. The lineup was shuffled twice in 3 days due to Kiery and Tedesco's origin involvement. To lose the captain and fb the day before kick off is severely underestimated. Yes, the cowboys were missing an equal amount of players but they had a full week to prepare with no disruptions. It was a loss by 2 points. Sh*t happens. Tedesco, Sualli, Angus C, Spencer Leinu, L.Collins...not to mention injuries Connor Watson, Billy Smith. JwH coming off injured etc. All forgotten because roosters have a "superior" roster. How about Cowboys have been severly below potential and it was a tough game played on a wet track that went set for set and the better team on the day won by 2 points? It's not that big of a deal but the media and rival fans are down playing the outs for the chooks and talking up the heroics of the cowboys. Same haters will be real quiet when chooks put 30+ points on another team. Still one of the teams to beat with a far superior 4and against than most teams in the comp.
Cowboys had 6 on origin duties but they 11 blokes unavailable for this game they had to debut an 18 year old halfback in the centres.. And i understand roosters lost teddy late and its hard to prepare but they didnt need to prepare, theyve played enough football with manu at 1 to know what works and what doesnt they dont need 6 days of prep for that. Cowboys deserve all the credit there getting tbh it was a great win against all odds no one gave them a chance in the world
You ever think it was the dumbest and most Blues thing ever to have their main jersey sponsor be a beer from Victoria
To be fair XXXX is owned by a Japanese company yeah, optics aren’t as good from a brand culture perspective

Pretty funny to hear the blues fans on here trying to talk themselves back into Teddy after universally wanting him to not get picked

Why do yous think Critta is playing on the left? He plays on the right and Suaalii plays on the left at clubland
Exactly. I have no idea why they are assuming he would be on the left

I don’t think Cogger or Hastings should be dropped yet but gotta remember Cogger was only apart the 4th win in a row
Wouldn’t mind seeing a worst case scenario, ie if a winger goes down this will happen etc
Lomax could be the x-factor
Beak what does nanai do better than hamoule apart from scoring off kicks?
good poddy lads
I think the 7/6 thing got messed up because Lockyer and JT would just play as 7s from 6 and get there 7 to play more like a FE

You blokes wrapping Townsend last week off purely try assists is baffling. You don't watch the games provides no kicking game and no defence.
