the godzilla pierce attack actually differs to which godzilla you have, its not luck. for example if you have the normal godzilla it pierces down and right, so avoid trying to pierce left and up. and for the mechazilla it pierces left an up which actually gives you the advantage if you have mechazilla. its not random but just hope you get the mechazilla.

Tip: your Godzilla attacks/super charge your hypercharge, it’s very useful with tick + mutation Or Colette because her super works so well against Godzilla
Tip: to get the lucky 6 muncher keep a bit of distance between you and the buildings and try to position the buildings in your triangle when you aim It still involves a bit of rng tho
Also when you want to attack more buildings, attack the buildings with the end of the aim for your main attack since the end of the Godzilla attack is wider
My comp for this is Ash(which i use).I mostly use him in defence when i am up against players and godzilla.He can only spam his super and all you need is his healing gadget.
TIPS FOR HITTING GODZILLA'S ATTACK ON 6 BUILDINGS: the godzilla attack on the buildings is bugged but its not random. basically the buildings are coded to either face vertically or horizontally at the start of each game and godzilla can destroy more buildings when they face horizontally as his attack hitbox hits more building hitboxes. so basically if don't hit 6 from the front, try from the side and vice versa. Also Godzilla's proximity to the buildings matters ALOT because his attack is so bugged so if ur pressed up against the face of the building, the hitbox is more likely to hit up to 6 buildings. Hope this helps :)
I just wanted to point this out it isn't luck based how many buildings you break because when you had the damage gear activated or you picked colonel ruffs buff you broke more buildings and did more damage

U gotta make sure you are walking towards the building so u can get the six munch or maybe the lucky six.
If u munch a bit far from building u have a great chance of getting 6 or 5 buildings try that out WSM
If u are far away u hit more buildings rather than being very close to the buildings be halfway then hit and u will hit more

Getting 6 buildings is not random there is a certain distance to always get 6 if you stand too close you’ll only get 3
