Pls can a two layer Nd 90 percent long gele toe fan , I don’t know if two layer is too small that’s why am not getting it
Yes it can but it won't come out as big as three or 4 layers.
Thanks for the great tutorial but want to know how I manage the base if using mannequin head so the owner will be comfortable wearing it.
Don’t make it too tight on the mannequin and make sure it is adequately padded.

There's no rule to that. It all depends on the size of your gele and how big you want the fan to be.

Yes you can. I have a video on my channel for Aso oke.
