    I loved the tripod, is there an even more detailed video on it? What's the payload capacity? And what's the tripod's weight? Thank you.

      Who the f cares about payload? Do you own a 30lb camera?

      first of all my question wasn't for you. In second place, you don't need to be rude and in third place yes, my camera for birding photography and lenses and extender, and screen, all turns out to be quite heavy.

      @@johnsmith1474 quick answer, we ALL do!, as it lets us know who it's for, as us Medium and Large format users want to know what it is capable of, as we all idealise a travel tripod like this for our Shen-Hao, chamonix, Linhof, Arca Swiss or sinar F; field or monorail cameras, or if our Hasselblad H or Phase One XF with a long or heavy lens will fit so we can take them into the field, and carry a tripod with us, that won't weigh us down, or catch on a branch as we walk by.

    Hi ! Will you sell it in Europe ?

    Will I be able to purchase the integrated head separately if purchasing only the platform version now?

    • @ReallyRobSteffen
      @ReallyRobSteffen ปีที่แล้ว

      I realize this is long after the fact, but in case anyone has the same question, you can swap to the other version by purchasing the other column type. So, for example, if you have the platform version, you can pick up the column with the ballhead, and swap the columns as needed.
      Hope that helps.

      @@ReallyRobSteffen Where do you purchase this from? I don't see it on the site, but might be missing it.

      @@ReallyRobSteffen yes, but I think what he was asking, in a round about fashion was, is the ball head top of the column available separately, to the long lower half ? so one can switch out the top, with the column end still in the spider of the legs.

    • @ReallyRobSteffen
      @ReallyRobSteffen 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@andyvan5692 If that's the question, the answer is no. The top and bottom halves of the column are manufactured as one piece (one extrusion), and there isn't a practical way for us to mix and match them and still provide a consistent experience.

    Yes, we absolutely use these for our "camera" hehe

    Today people use L brackets rather than flipping a camera over to a less stable position. The real feature of the head is that the pan is on top, which is essential but never mentioned thus demonstrating this actor does not shoot photography. At (0:58) the photographer locks the ball before looking at what the camera is pointed at, a foolish practice demonstrating ... see above.
