In the his version of the act he never restores her body back together. But he does invite people from the audience to come on stage and look at her gore. They actually lift the severed head off of the table. And then restore it. There are also stories that date back to the Pharaohs of Egypt. Court magicians severing the heads off of animals and even children, then restoring them. It is proof of the magicians power over death and of resurrection. Thousands of years ago magicians were actually priests and performed miracles to demonstrate their powers. Today they are entertainers, because we know better now. Or at least most of us do.

Trust me, I tried to look for a site that is related to this, even translated the audio and nothing. Y'all are not Cambodian ik this very well and used to watch it irl this IS FAKE this is called សៀកកាត់ក which means (beheaded magic) I'm telling y'all cannot assume just bc in a video. The ppl in this video knows and have a much clearer view in this. The trick works by the magician using the knife to cut the bamboo to make it look like the knife if really strong and can cut, but it was actually carved into a big hole where it can fit the little girls neck. And then they put tape over the hole so it can make it look like it has cutted through. The girl was was told to act and told that her head was cut off plus fake blood too. Plus it was a comedy show that's why he said "thank you for watching everyone at the end"

@@c_1857 One, there doesn't need to be news or articles, there's plenty of stuff of deeper parts of video sites like TH-cam and LiveLeak that haven't been featured on the news. Second, TH-cam probably hasn't reviewed the video or the reviewers assumed it wasn't real (Edit: It actually already is age-restricted). Third, the tool does not need to be a saw. Fourth, it only took a few seconds because there isn't any kind of single bone in your neck keeping it there, it's very possible he severed clean in between two bone segments. Fifth, there doesn't need to be a sawing motion, he plunged it down with quite a lot of force. Sixth, I believe your analysis of the title is incorrect, and it's more likely the title called it that because something went *terribly* wrong.

There's no info about this anywhere. If he really did cut her neck where the main artery is there would be alot and I mean a lot of blood, it would be dark red, thick and pouring out especially from the main neck arteries so the towel and table should have been saturated . I know in other countries magic shows aren't always the westernised version of family friendly and will show acts of realistic violence or things that make the audience squirm with disgust. Even by him moving her neck around a cut that deep would cause the blood to gush out even more, the white towel he places on the girls neck wouldn't have a stain of blood but would be absolutely dripping with it. So I'm leaning more towards this being a fake. But I can't 100% tell as the video is also not clear quality and there no info I can find on the Web.

The people learned from the tour guide and locals that these type of shows happen all the time. It's like a form of public execution for people who are bad or did something wrong. He swung the blade before he put it on her neck, so I guess the swinging part was probably supposed to make the real blade flip off and then he would still be holding the fake one to her neck. This looks like he really cut her, and then he didn't know what to do after that.

The head is still attacked to the body so the girl wouldn't have lost conscious so fast. Her body would've involuntarily struggle to fight off the blade or the magician. The only time she would suddenly stop moving is if her head completely decapitated and her body is no longer alive. As you can see in the video, the head is still firmly attached to the body and suffering a cut to the neck would not be able to kill her this fast. In a majority of cases, people who received a massive gushing cut to their necks are still able to walk away and grab for air.

Y'all are not Cambodian ik this very well and used to watch it irl this IS FAKE this is called សៀកកាត់ក which means (beheaded magic) I'm telling y'all cannot assume just bc in a video. The ppl in this video knows and have a much clearer view in this. The trick works by the magician using the knife to cut the bamboo to make it look like the knife if really strong and can cut, but it was actually carved into a big hole where it can fit the little girls neck. And then they put tape over the hole so it can make it look like it has cutted through. The girl was was told to act and told that her head was cut off plus fake blood too. Plus it was a comedy show that's why he said "thank you for watching everyone at the end"

Second, TH-cam probably hasn't reviewed the video or the reviewers assumed it wasn't real (Edit: It actually already is age-restricted). Third, the tool does not need to be a saw. Fourth, it only took a few seconds because there isn't any kind of single bone in your neck keeping it there, it's very possible he severed clean in between two bone segments. Fifth, there doesn't need to be a sawing motion, he plunged it down with quite a lot of force. Sixth, I believe your analysis of the title is incorrect, and it's more likely the title called it that because something went *terribly* wrong.

He doesn't even go anywhere near the head with that "blade" which is just made out of a special metal that is made to look like a blade, and it's also retractable. Not to mention, basic anatomy and physics shows us that a decapitation that speed with that force is simply not possible. There would also be A LOT more blood. Lastly, this is a kid's show in Thailand... THAILAND. If you've ever been to Thailand, you'd know something like this would be very unlikely to be real. There's no info about this anywhere. If he really did cut her neck where the main artery is there would be alot and I mean a lot of blood, it would be dark red, thick and pouring out especially from the main neck arteries so the towel and table should have been saturated . I know in other countries magic shows aren't always the westernised version of family friendly and will show acts of realistic violence or things that make the audience squirm with disgust. Even by him moving her neck around a cut that deep would cause the blood to gush out even more, the white towel he places on the girls neck wouldn't have a stain of blood but would be absolutely dripping with it. So I'm leaning more towards this being a fake. But I can't 100% tell as the video is also not clear quality and there no info I can find on the Web.

The people learned from the tour guide and locals that these type of shows happen all the time. It's like a form of public execution for people who are bad or did something wrong. The head is still attacked to the body so the girl wouldn't have lost conscious so fast. Her body would've involuntarily struggle to fight off the blade or the magician. The only time she would suddenly stop moving is if her head completely decapitated and her body is no longer alive.
As you can see in the video, the head is still firmly attached to the body and suffering a cut to the neck would not be able to kill her this fast. In a majority of cases, people who received a massive gushing cut to their necks are still able to walk away and grab for air.

This actually made me have nightmares. I failed my test cause I felt sick all day cause of this and was having like panic attacks every time I thought of this. I literally am so frustrated. I literally can’t imagine the pain of the family and the frustration they had.
