It warms the heart to hear the welcoming applause Sina is always greeted with upon her introduction, and likewise to see the way she always so graciously responds. Tristan, I very much like the individual close-ups that you were able to get of Sina and Hania. A musician I’m not, and even if I were, I think I would still be greatly impressed with how Sina, except for a few smiles exchanged with Hania, seemed to just look more or less straight ahead, and with skill, experience and a fine ear for music, played in perfect harmony to the song. Tristan, many thanks again for filming these precious moments for us.

Though Hania should loosen up, must be scary up on stage. Isn't She a singer/violinist? I don't recall.
@@robertakerman3570 Other than in the One-Take video, I don’t recall Hania doing any singing, but I do know she likes and plays the bass guitar. I believe she also plays what I think is called the bass or double bass fiddle. Maybe she just likes stringed instruments in general.

@@CharlesRausch8238 @robert akermann: Hania is a bass player with heart and soul! She also plays fantastic double bass! Singing is normally not part of her repertoire. Like Sina, she studies jazz and pop at the ArtEZ in Arnhem.

Hallo Norbert. Danke schön für das Teilen. Ich war mit meinem Sohn und meiner Tochter dort, die ein riesen Fan ist. Wir haben gleich am Aufgang rechts zur Bühne gesessen. Sina kam also jedesmal unmittelbar an uns vorbei und nahm sich sogar, für uns unerwartet, etwas Zeit für einen kurzen Smalltalk. Also an ihr Outfit musste ich mich auch erst etwas gewöhnen. Das ganze Konzert war schon an sich super. Aber Sina war schon eine Erscheinung, muss man schon sagen. Wenn man sie in ihren ersten Videos sieht und sieht sie jetzt. Sie ist wirklich dort angekommen, wo sie auch hingehört: Auf die große Bühne. Und wir waren garantiert nicht das letzte Mal bei ihr.
Ja, ich habe bemerkt, dass Sina bei der Pause stehen geblieben ist und sich unterhalten hat. War die Tochter die im girls-got-groove-Shirt?

Ralf und ich sind ja 'alte Hasen' was Gigs von Sina anbetrifft, wir sind ihr schon mit ihrer Band The Gäs quer durch Deutschland 'nachgereist'. Da hat sich deine Tochter aber sicher gefreut über Sina's Aufmerksamkeit, oder? Ja, so ist sie!

Sie ist doch so ein riesen Fan von Sina (fast noch größer als ich😂) und es war überhaupt ihr erstes Konzert, das sie in ihrem Leben besuchte. Das an sich war ja schon entsprechend für sie. I think that the name of this very small village near the Dutch border is already very well known... Although Sina doesn't live there anymore. I think it's a joke between Sina and the conductor.

@@chrisross1703 As well as I know Sina, she never had the intention to move to USA. Moreover, she has just moved to her ship in Arnhem and will stay in the Netherlands for the time being.

I cant stop smiling watching her play the skins bring the most joy to myself or anyone who appreciates the hard work and dedication this young lady brings to her craft I am so moved just to watch her it almost bring you to tears of great joy to see her in concert a true professional who has earned the right through blood sweat and I am sure tears to be there CONGRATULATIONS SINA !!!!

Question For Sina OR anyone who’s heard her address this: if Sina sets the beat as the drummer, does this interfere or distract when audience joins in clapping? As the incredible talent she is I’m guessing not, but perhaps a less experienced drummer it does… thanks. 👍❤️ Fan From Florida 🌴
Supposably, the conductor leads and Sina follows the conductor. But we all know that actually Sina is setting the beat, I don't think the audience distracts her one bit, being the pro that she is!!! 😊
In most cases, when Sina gives the beat, the audience doesn't clap along, because a song has been played to the end and the audience has 'calmed down' again...
I think when Sina gets in her groove with any song. Lightening couldn't distract her....she once said she has played so long timing is natural for her

Sina!!! You might want to check out Herb Albert and the Tijuana Brass. Many of their pieces have interesting and possibly fun for you drum cover! Check them out. There's like 4-5 good albums. Going Places, Whipped Cream and other Delights, a few more. Love your stuff. You are incredibly brilliant.

The girl on bass is Hania Wyczlinska from Poland/Wroclaw. She studies, like Sina, at the ArtEZ in Arnhem. Sina got her on board for RTO. Hania was also involved in the On-Take Video that Sina recorded with fellow students at ArtEZ. The video can be seen on Sina's YT channel.

Dieses Video ist wohl mehr für die Optik, aber trotzdem sehr interessant. Es zeigt eine Sina, wie man sie früher nicht gekannt hat. Sehr bemerkenswert, welche (positive) Entwicklung sie genommen hat!
Hi Thomas. Das Video wurde mit einer anderen Kamera aufgenommen als die, die ich üblicherweise benutze (mein Smartphone) und an dieser Kamera war der Ton leider auf sehr leise gestellt, ich bedaure das. Ja, Sinas ganzer Habitus hat sich enorm positiv gewandelt, was auch nach dem Konzert bei einem - leider sehr kurzen - Smalltalk zu erkennen war. Schon ihre optische Erscheinung durch ein schwarzes Abendkleid und Stiefeletten mit Absatz ist enorm 'gewöhnungsbedürftig'. Wir kennen sie nun mal alle anders von ihren The Gäs Gigs.

@@NorbertTristan Hi Tristan, da ich kein Freund von besonders eleganter Kleidung bin, fand ich Sina in T-Shirt, Blue Jeans und Converse Chucks auch völlig in Ordnung. Aber ich verstehe natürlich, dass sie sich für einen Auftritt mit einem Sinfonieorchester etwas "feiner" kleiden will. Eine gute Figur macht sie so und so.

Sorry, in the Philharmonie in Cologne, the seats are numbered and you have to stay in your seat. If you go around, which is basically not possible, you immediately get into trouble with the staff of the Philharmonie. Filming was actually not allowed, so I had to record a little 'in secret'...

Good orchestration (and drums - obviously), but seriously "over-sung", I don't understand this need to constantly push the vocals beyond the natural "fit"; it detracts massively from the overall music and performance.

It would be more helpful if her and the band were even slightly audible together. I'm not criticizing anyone, just hoping people learn to represent themselves better.

Hi MIke. Sina sits behind a plexiglass wall because the drums are always very loud and the glass is supposed to protect the other musicians a bit from the 'noise' so that they are not distracted from their own instruments.
