The Finch presentation box is very, very nice. Your opening presentation, even nicer! What an excellent, thorough and honest video. It's much appreciated. Cheers!

Jack, just got my Yellow Belly Runtly. WOW!...What a cool little knife...and I have a LOT of nice knives!
The yellow G-10 is soooooooo rich and classy looking...way more so than how it comes across in video!!! Mine is deeper, a tiny touch more orange tint to it. Just classy, dude.
Just a great little piece...I am surprisingly piqued about this little gem. My only initial complaint is that it could be lighter, (weight-relieved Ti liners would really do the trick 🙂)...but that's a minor complaint.
    Thanks!

Glad to see you back in the saddle man! Really interesting little knife there. It’s cool, not really my style though. But I took your advice and checked out their site and you’re right about their upcoming 1929 model. Now THAT ONE is more my style. Very cool. And the other upcoming design isn’t bad looking either. Makes me excited for what these guys might do in the future. I like several of James Brands knives, but they’re just so overpriced for what they are that I’ve never even really considered actually buying one. The fact that these guys are having Bestech do their designs automatically make them worth more to me than the James Brands who are made by whatever random xyz Chinese knife manufacturers. I will definitely be keeping an eye on these guys. Thanks for the heads up and keep em comin!

It's very much like a Rigging knife meant for rope, sometimes used with a mallet. I like it.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention....was not on my radar at all! (Just bought a Yellow Belly! 🤑).
It would also be great, slightly larger with Ti Liners, and a better blade steel. Cool design. 🙃👍🏻
Question for Jack: You and Finch mention their Tikuna and Model 1929 ...but they have no photos on their website that I could locate? Do you have a link where I could see those models? Thanks.

      Thanks Jack!
I've got a Yellow Belly on its way in the mail. I think the price is high on this knife at this size and these materials. Why do you think, Jack? I bought one for uniqueness of the design and because I have no yellow knives in my collection! 😵

      @@bobb.9917 instagram.com/p/B8L64VHnZNH/ here's the 1929 off their instagram.
And for the materials I think it's an "ok" . With it being a first knife and having seen first run production cost of other knife companies and minimum order sizes, I think they did fair. As their market grows and more models sell I would like to imagine things balance. Congrats on the purchase 👊

Thanks for the link and your opinion on the cost for the knife Jack! I like the whole Finch Knife design/identity on their website and in that Instagram advertisement for The 1929 etc. They have a "look"...and their knives do, too.Pretty COOL!

As a watch guy I really appreciate the lumed sapphire crystal. It's a really awesome and unique design, but the price seems steep for the materials used. You would expect some milled liners at least for that price.
    Awesome review regardless👌

Idk if the price point for a Chinese produced knife with those materials is much of a value when you can get for instance a Civivi Elementum in marbled CF for a lot less.

@@jackfarmboy honestly you had me wondering. I was thinking maybe it had to do with the angled front.
