Do not feel disheartened. People like me appreciate your effort to showcase the history and secret places..With time, people will come to know your channel more and more.
You are a good history narrator. Most food bloggers only give reviews about the food they have tasted but without any in-depth story of the place they have visited.Keep up your good work.I think.you are the best in food reviews.
Love your video & the history , the honest introduction .. nothing can beat that . That's why i keep on watching your channel ... love it ! Keep it coming !
Your videos are most interesting with history (my wife, KL Malaysian Cantonese-Hakka, said she never knew the history of all those places. plus with your maps, etc, we can refer to them should we visit. We’re pensioners ie older with some health problems might not find the heat-humidity comfortable). With so much delicious foods, might only eat couple mouthful. You r a very good ambassador for Tourism Malaysia! Keep up the good work. Keep well, all blessings for good health, longevity and prosperity!! Have also shared with her brother in Singapore.
Don’t be disheartened . Bumped into yr video recently & like the general format with a brief intro of the place or name . We will support you ! Jia You Elmo & Danny ❤
So many good spots with delicious food covered within a short period of time at Sekinchan. Yatt Lau ! Mou Tak Deng indeed ! 👌 I would say it's a discovery featuring the porridge with braised duck laid at the bottom of the porridge. It looks good too. This episode covers out of the norm touristy food spots and features local Sekinchan mouth taste. From simple economy fried noodles to mouth watering crab fried meehoon - it is truly entertaining and brings a punch of uniqueness from Elmo's food haunting videos. Again - the jovial (and yet factual) description of the historical portion adds value to Elmo's episode. Thanks to Danny too to savor the food and enjoying the talks with the locals there. Elmo- thank you and do not get disheartened from lack of audiences. There is that uniqueness that no one can replicate Elmo's food haunting episodes and it always brings a smile and warmth to your audience. 👏👏👏👍👍👍👌👌👌
Mr Lee, thank you for all your videos. Instead of going to eat where you think would attract more views may I suggest that you do what you enjoy and then share your enjoyment.
Food bloggers are undoubtedly aplenty nowadays, but those are able to recommend our local nice food with our style of Cantonese without affectation so untiringly and impartially are rare, furthermore not many are willing to offer lively storytelling in history with cute grin, that's the magic, Elmo!
Of course we're not bored of your videos! We love them because you include historical & cultural sharing ❤ Short videos/ reels is a good way to get people to your channel. Maybe you can cut up your long videos into shorter clips & share them on TH-cam & other platforms like Instagram, TikTok etc. Can play around with hashtags, thumbnails & video titles too. Don't give up! Your content is great!
You should try Ah Ter Restaurant at Bagan. Authentic local Teochew flavor seafood found only here. Have varieties of fish not found at other seafood restaurant nearby. Place looks rundown but don't let it fool you. Open early morning and patronise by locals only. Lunch time full of KL folks.
Same here, Elmo. My family and I watch your shows religiously here in Melbourne. This is a great festure on Sekinchan. I never thought much of it as a destination to visit, but after watching today’s episode, I might give it a “second chance”.
Don't despair. Your videos are used as encyclopaedia. We may not watch them immediately but we will always refer to them before we go visit a new place.
Would like to suggest audience like to know prices and comments of some food taste too. Maybe you can refer to this high watched videos by 中年难人 Nick. He mainly explore local Chinese hawker food mostly but high views. Recently only tasted vadai at brickfields video. I believe your video is much more value added with history and your knowledge. Just my thought only.
Most of the restaurant owners in our country are Malaysian. in fact. we eat Malayaian food every day. in fact. Singapore and Malaysia are one family. Support Elmo Lee & Danny Loke intro Sekinchan 适耕庄 life and Kopitiam food. Thanks.🙏
It's difficult to explore if people like me who don't own a car and don't have a license to drive😆Public transport in Malaysia isn't very friendly for tourists.
I think when you're speaking to the peoples watcing your video , don't look or speak to the direction of your video camera but move a bit to the left side so you have a eye contact with you viewers . Thank you .
Uncle Elmo, like your content and have been watching since Covid days, especially the history lessons, but your food reviews need to be more honest. I know you don’t like to speak badly about a place you’re featuring but it’s become a bit of a joke now that everything is good 👌. Just some feedback from a longtime watcher.
I love your video's, please don't be discouraged. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the encouragement yap

我是住在海外的适耕庄人。第一档卖面的是我每次回家都会去吃的。从小吃到大,以前是妈妈卖,现在是女儿和爸爸。每次去他们都会问我:“回来了啊?”很亲切。

Sorry * dhal vada not vadai
Thanks for the comments
Hi Elmo there is a change in TH-cam algorithm so shorts are more popular and promoted. So longer videos will get lost hence lower views.
I do think so. The possibility of disruption during longer videos will be higher.
Thanks for the consolation mate
Hope u r right mate
Nice review... keep it up ...Fireking CKT..
Cheers mate
The young boy in Loong Hua seafood is so honest telling you what they had others have it too. 😂
Yes I was also impressed with his honesty
