Hi (almost a year later ..sorry!) I unfortunately don't. I have made only two of these.Both of which I made based off of where they were going to live. If you are still looking to make one I'd say just use a stool height you like and go from there. Width I just used the standard length of the stave and just preference on the seat width. Hope this helps!
I sand each stave before assembly. Easier.
Yeah that would've helped. This was my first go round so a lot of learning along the way.
The urethane will not last out in the sun. It will start flaking after a season out in the elements. Tung oil is better for outdoor furniture
I'll definitely keep that in mind. I staged this outdoor but it most lives out of the elements.
What kind of disk did you use on the angle grinder to clean the inside of the stave?
Just a standard flap disc. I did use a few different grits before using the sander.Sorry for the delay!
