Modern Iraq is Kurdistan. Kurdish people were pre-Islamic YAZIDI religion following people. Kurds were also Zoroastrians. You can see fight between Kurds and Turks online in TH-cam. Turkish people are like Muslim invaders. Ottomans invaded Kurdistan. Kurdistan is very Secular. But unfortunately, Kurds did not get their country.
