對我來說170是介乎zone 2-3。每人的分佈會有不同,包括最大心率和靜止心率。平時練習lsd應該keep住zone 2比較好,天氣熱的話可以稍高

個人做法5k左右就要補水,一兩啖都好,因為一feel到缺水就太遲。如果去到最後例如馬師道之前個水站淨返1k幾就可以唔使補
