Waiting for this too! How can they be so underrated?? StarGazer are amazing musicians with amazing records! All records are masterpieces for me! Tech without being boring and still so brutal! Hail StarGazer \m/
Unfortunately people prefer plastic, souless wankery like Necrophagist, Spawn Of Possession or Rivers Of Nihil instead of proper technical bands that play with heart and soul.
@@A.D.88.B.M Hey do you know anymore bands that play soulfully like you said? Really appreciate Death and Atheist and I've struggled a fair amount trying to find music similar that isn't too pretentious and wanklike. I'm also a fan of Blood Incantation because they've taken this style to a whole new level.
@@denissh9478 It's just tech-death lol, they've always been tech death. Yeah they have a few elements of thrash and black metal but so do a lot of tech bands. People are overcomplicating things.
Amazing album!! This and Canada's WEAPON "from the devil's tomb" are two of the most interesting, catchy, well written, unique death/black/whatever albums
That's the kind of tech death I enjoy. It's equally melodic and harsh and always makes for an interesting experience without leaving the listener disconnected, something I find with Suffocation.
Bored with Prog-Metal? Looking for something new and fresh? Exciting from the beginning to the end! Then you need to have this album(or any other format you prefer)
One of my favorites from my LP collection

@@A.D.88.B.M Amen, fuck all those bands
@@A.D.88.B.M Seriously modern tech metal scene is a tragedy

@@brazzledazzle_ Lykathea Aflame, Siderean, The Chasm, Howls Of Ebb, Pavor and Cosmogenesis from Obscura.
God it's so fucking good man I love this album
This record is out of this world. Stargazer stays making the most well-written progressive blackened death thrash whateverthefuck.
Blackened Progressive Death Thrash sounds about right.
my local record shop posted a picture of this record, and I am so glad they did because I now know this amazing band
Poh, that fretless bass ... unique sounding, tech thrash metal, with proggy old school death and blackened vibes. So damn good !
He played with Blood Incantation on their ep I believe. Check them out. They have another full time fretless bassist now.
how is this thrash metal? I'm not an expert, but this sound nothing like 100% of any thrash metal there is out there

Really cool! Reminds me of bands like Timeghoul, Atheist, Catacomb, and Watchtower, which I can’t get enough of.
StarGazer is underrated as hell

Album of the year so far. So interesting all the way through and not boring. The more I listen to this album the more I like it. 🤘
3:16 holy diver lol
1:50 Victim of Changes
@@titusweekes649 holy shit you're right sounds just like it
There's just something about fretless bass in death metal that gives it the chef's kiss 👌
Steve DiGiorgio approves of this comment ☺️
@@brazzledazzle_ he's THE reason I wanted to play bass.
That twinge of bass at 2:22 is eargasmic
Metalheads of the world please recommend other bands with killer fretless bass like this! \m/
Voidceremony
@@isaacvaldez9563 same bass player too
Sadus
This band will make any bassist grab sandpaper and caulk
I've been waiting for this. Amazing band
holy diver in lash of the tytans :)
tech not for the sake of it. oldschool vibe with crazy musicianship

Masterpiece !!!!
Superb technical thrash/death in the veins of CORONER and REVENANT.
morbid angel energy, i love it
This is outstanding.
Um... I randomly went back and listened to stuff that released earlier in the year that stirred interest and HOLY CRAP THIS ALBUM IS BRILLIANT.
Nice mix
uhhh, so good
Niente male 👍🤘
Nice 👍🏼
Sounds like Greek death metal band... Awesome voice
It's kind of ...good!
@Jeswin Thomas do not be silly. this album is good and that's it

- then you need to go back to Atheist or switch to free jazz and shut the butt up
Vocals are like from black metal parody, music is there, but needs more harsh vocals
