KAMPOT, CAMBODIA | Top Things To Do! Pepper Plantation, Sunset Boat Trip, Salt Fields & more!

Kampot is often overlooked by travellers to Cambodia but we’re definitely glad we made the detour to visit this chilled city on the banks of the Praek Tuek Chhu River.
We spent a few days in Kampot and didn’t get bored. As well as lots of activities Kampot has some really fantastic restaurants which we mention in this video and which you definitely shouldn’t miss!
Whilst in Kampot we visited Kep, Bokor National Park, La Plantation pepper farm, Phnom Chhngok Cave, the Salt Fields on Fish Island and had a beautiful evening on a Sunset Boat trip.
Put this place on your Cambodia bucket list, you won’t be disappointed!

I was in Kampot in 1992 with UNTAC, Foreign Legion. We used to hang out at Cafe No Problem. Great times

Enjoyed this enormously, so much wonderful information and it really made me want to go! The salt and pepper making was fascinating and it's good to be reminded of how much hard work goes into making products we often take for granted. You do a fantastic job with these videos - a huge amount of work goes into them and I honestly think they're better & more informative than many travel programmes on TV. Really looking forward to the next one and well done on consistently creating such wonderful videos 🙂
