Just a heads up, you have to click the "trigger" for it to reengage the heating cycle, and if you hold it, it will continue to cool down just as if you released it. It will not turn back on unless it's a certain delta below the "temp" you've set and requires a little bit of use to learn how long that is, but you can absolutely just click it every 60 seconds or so, which does go down if you're drawing harder. Once you've used it once or twice, it will become the most mindless device in your house.
It's called a dead man's switch; as long as you are hold the switch down then it will always stay on until depressed or the desired temp has been reached. Once the temp drops to a certain point the the heater will kick in again; you don't need to repress.
I never knew the Plenty sat on its side without the stand. Upon inspecting my plenty, I see there are rubber grips that keep the device from moving around! very cool.
Love this thing, might be worth warning that if doing a long session that metal coil gets hot hot, I’ve burnt myself a couple times, just make sure to be touching the plastic
Had one of these. I had the impression that a lot of vapor gets wasted in the long metal tube. You need a lot of material. It’s rather a device for a mad retro futuristic scientist
Such great electronics and functionality. I wish S&B would use sheets of aluminum and stainless steel to replace all their "medical grade" plastic. The Plenty would look absolutely sick using a polished or brushed stainless steel.
I know this comment is 5 months old but.. why would they use metal? Metal absorbs heat easier than plastic so it would get hotter to the touch when using. Use ur noggin a little bit
After awhile the metal sprial thing hurts your throat, it's no good. Needs a bubbler. Is also much better with 4 terp pearls. I've even joined 2 of the sprials together to get it to be cooler, it just completely sucks. 14mm bubbler was getting water on my lungs I think, too small. I've got a much larger 18mm bubbler coming. We will see, I'm almost over it. I want it to work, I can use tiny amounts of weed and get solid clouds with the reducer, terp pearls and a bubbler.
It's a cool design, it's far past the time for a plenty 2.0 though, too much weirdness. The way the trigger is on one side and the temperature dial and light is on the other facing away from you, is hilariously bad design.
Plenty vape is best for when you have lots of cheap weed, or shake available. Hence the name. I use mine with leaves and shake after a harvest. You can just stuff the chamber with a ton of cheap quality weed.
I have all kinds of vapes, Plenty is my favorite, for one reason, chamber size, 1 gram should be the minimum bowl size for vaporizers.

I use the Plenty the least out of all my vapes. I really want to like it, but the way it turn itself off without letting you know is fucked. I wish it would be more like the Mighty and Crafty. But it just isn't...The rythm of this device is not compatible with mine. I like the flavour though. But this is all personal. I find myself using my Dynavaps the most actually.
The Plenty is the only vape I regret buying. It uses waaaaaay too much weed for the results it gives. I have no idee why Pete would be reviewing this in 2024

why do you put medical grade in quotations as if it's not factual?

The thumbnail killed me, just hit a wake-n-bake with my beloved terp torch and that thumbnail was the 1st thing I saw.
It's been almost decade and I still don't see why I should use any dry herb vape other then my vapcap or sticky brick
classic
1st terp hammer use..... How long and what temperature to do a proper burn off
turn it up and leave it a while, no way to do it wrong really
Open it up, cut tab on the heat dial blocking it going into turbo mode !
Seriously does that work?
I got a big bubbler coming and I'd like to get it hotter.
revisited dude nice: ive got mine, it seems weak after running it for a while it needs a better chamber
How do you clean the coil?
It comes apart and you use isopropyl alcohol
Nothing like the Plenty. It's a perfect vape for watching movies at home, the bowl is so big.
U can also hold a jet lighter to the coil and vape the oil in it

Top tier thumbnail you have there Sneaky Pete 👍💚
Thank you 😊
I just ordered a double bubbler for my dynavap!
I call mine ' The Glue Gun '

I'd love an update!
this was my firs ever vape.. it's amazing!

Do they make one that runs on coal? Or maybe kerosene? Sorry, but that thing is just ridiculous on so many levels.
they do not

yah I agree a tweak would make it way more useable
Who do you think you are reviewing this device in 2024 💀😂🤣

Why not? They still sell it, I review what I want 🤷🏻♂️
Try the reducer and pack it with herb and place a dosing cap lid on top of the herb.
Thats yearrrrrrrs old :)
It is
