There have been many songs, where I felt Angelina was crying while singing. "Million Miles" is at the top of that list. Angelina said when she first recorded "Million Miles" tears were rolling down her cheeks.
Nice reaction Aaron, a joy to relive this with you! And I agree her stage presence has grown by leaps and bounds .... even from her first US concert in Portsmouth only a year before Glendale. And it was fun to see the Juliette rat pack :-). The Now I'm the Fool music video was itself a departure at the time, to more physical expressiveness than angels had seen before. Getting to see her grow and evolve right before our eyes, into the legendary artist she will become, is the experience of a lifetime, for me.
Surely not an experience of a lifetime since, unless I have this wrong, I believe it will be one of many of her concerts you will experience in your lifetime. Lucky You! 🍀
Hi Robert, I and other angels have certainly been so so SO fortunate to have attended several of Angelina's concerts. And my heart aches for those who haven't yet seen her live, due to distance or for other reasons, and sincerely hope all who want to see her perform in person somehow get the chance to do so. But above I was speaking more generally, of "getting to see her grow and evolve" over (for me) 1 1/2 years so far, and hopefully for many years to come. Others of course have been following her for even longer but I bet many/most are equally as astonished and feel blessed to have witnessed the evolution of a future legend.

The way she poured her heart out not just in her music but also in talking to the audience was so incredible. I 'm still in the "I cant believe I'm here" state. I've felt that Angelina has been singing with her heart on the sleeve since her wonderful performance of Bang Bang on the NGT tv show. Maybe she hasn't always shown it with her body, but it's always been there in her voice.
Aron according to the list I have from Andy Schnell this was the third song in the line up. I hope to make it to one of her concerts one day, at this moment it's not looking very hopeful but still I feel very blessed to be able to listen to her in this way of onscreen viewing.

Great reaction! I just wanted to point out that the part of the video where I switch to the vocal from the ep, it was because she forgot the words and just did a vocal riff. So I thought I would have that riff accompany the actual words..
Haha...did she actually forget the words? Or perhaps decide to change them based on a feeling or mood? Considering she is the AUTHOR, I'm doubtful she forgot but that is of course without hearing the original other than one time live. Brilliant video btw!

Anyone who posts a critique of another who paid $$$$ to travel very long distances (state to state/ by air/ overnight etc) is not worth worrying about. Constructive comments are always appreciated. The venue audio seems to be balanced to theater shows, rather than to the needed "in your face vocals" settings, used for Adele or Celine. Celine uses a DPA d:facto capsule, Adele seems to use a Neumann capsule, both on another level.
