YES! I think the challenge of dual POV is that it always seems like they aren't communicating...but the truth is, we all hold things back all the time because of fear or just needing time to process. I loved that they waited until the time was right!!

I'm loving all of it.❤❤❤❤ Why was she so freaked out about him sleeping in the cabin but she let him babysit so she can go out on a date and she wasn't even in the house, now she'll be actually in the cabin with them? I don't know. Maybe it was just a plot point in the story. I might be overthinking it😂😂
I love it!!! And yeah...as a parent, I feel way more comfortable with someone babysitting rather than sleeping through the night in the same space as my kid. But honestly, that's probably not rational! LOL! Great point :)
I can't tell you how happy I am to find this one, after I finished on the power okay I thought I listened to the last one. BTW I'm very perturbed that every one of these books make me laugh, and ugly cry but I still managed to stay up till 1:30 am to find out how it ended. Such good books.

I had a bad marriage myself and it made me resonate with how he treated her. Forgive me for being so judgemental. I'm thinking I might do a couple of flashback books. Show how Curtis met his wife, Sean and Kelty, maybe Fly and Suraj. There will definitely be an Andre book coming soon...
I don't know if i miss it. But what is the illness of Ryan's wife again? Is it Dementia? Btw im jealous of the Snowballs Friendship. Im from Calgary it's so nice to be familiar with some places. Im wondering with Dusty Rose though. Is it a version of Ranchman in Macleod or Cowboys near Saddledome. I love your series! Im not a fan of hockey now im watching hockey now lol
Hey!! I'm so glad you're loving this! I grew up in Airdrie! So, the illness is just severe brain damage from a stroke. I know someone who this happened to, and it was devastating. There was no recovery, and their family had to readjust to expectations. So hard. And yes, Dusty Rose is a blend between Ranchman and Outlaws (that existed back in my day!). I'm pretty sure it's closed and has been for a while, so I decided to recreate it with a little more small town flair!
