Dave, very impressive knowledge of surveying, but his struggle is real. Training, QA and when the mess hits the fan, the production has to get done. Exactly why I am a solo surveyor, I got tired of running the adult daycare.
as far as the CAD people go, if you have past projects with files saved, they should reference those as far as how things should be done. that is if they've at least done it a couple times before. I do that all the time as a programmer, we have a lot of code, if i'm looking for examples or best practices, we have them. i don't have to ask some one.
You wouldnt even really have to consider this if upon hiring go to places they used to work at and see the environment. One tactic to see them in thier comfort zone is to have the interview near where they used to work. Military...look for military.
Caller, if you’re reading this, it sounds like you need to spend more money paying good people. I get that green people are cheap so you can afford more of them. However, one guy with experience, while maybe costing you as much as 2 or 2.5 green guys, will bring you and your company the value of 3-4 green guys. But don’t hire only experienced guys; you need both. Your company needs youth and experience. By the way, I know what I’m talking about. I started a civil engineering company in 1999. Land surveyor. As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Kristine Lynn Weber is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Kristine Lynn Weber, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $100k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Kristine Lynn Weber is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted based on thorough research and years of practical experience.
