That wasn't a New York cheesecake, NY cheesecake is baked and doesn't use mascarpone cheese. European cheesecake is eaten raw, comes with a fruit coulis and uses mascarpone which is what Chunkz said he did and what he served so it has to be regular European cheesecake idk why Chunkz was calling it NY lol
