Случайно наткнулся на это видео. Возможно, буду несколько бестактным, но скажу как есть. Ребята, у вас золотые руки, однако у вас очень мало понимания о том, как работает трансмиссия автомобиля. Далее, по порядку:
1) Для правильной работы карданного вала необходимо равенство углов между входящей и выходящей осью. В пространстве они могут двигаться, но угла быть не должно. Также есть правило для соединения крестовин карданов. Все это нужно чтоб не было вибрационных нагрузок. В вашем случае в карданных валах будут эти вибрационные нагрузки.
2) Соединение задних мостов к оси балансира делают рычагами. Это нужно чтоб всегда сохранялся угол между осью редуктора и осью моста. Вы для упрощения конструкции мосты закрепили к рессорам - это приведет к образованию угла в карданных валах и вибрационным нагрузкам в трансмиссии.
3) Карданный вал для среднего моста слишком короткий. Он сильно ограничит ход моста.
Про игнорирование пружинных шайб и резиновых подушек в динамический нагруженных узлах вам уже писали...
Как совет, посмотрите пожалуйста устройство трансмиссии автомобиля ЗИЛ-157. Там вы сможете много полезной информации для себя почерпнуть.

Drive shafts need to be adjusted better. The shafts are going to bind not to mention the universal joints need to be in line with each other.
I agree. The drive shafts should be telescopic too.

I do not believe the girl is doing it by herself , if you watch and listen there is a male in the background, in a couple spots on earlier videos it seems like she was beaten and is crying, if you also watch she does not know how to do some of the things or use some tools
You have a very good eye and sometimes someone will help me but mostly I have to do it myself. It's not like I'm crying because the weather is quite hot where I am so I'm wiping my sweat
