What a war !!! Highlights don't do this game justice that was an awesome game and we lost.
Gutsy effort given the injuries and impact it had on the interchange with many of the forwards doing hard and big yards for long periods supported well by the backs. We had our chances but what a game.

The tackle from Salmon on Martin, no call on field or bunker.
The tackle from Montoya on Tracey, Tracey gets up plays the ball it shifts to Kikau who loses it in a tackle, bunker call go back for the penalty on Tracey.
This isn't about the dogs, but the consistency of the refs and bunker.

Tackle from Montoya was illegal, it's always been like that, regardless of what happens later in the play.
Rules only apply sometimes especially with the late high contact in the last minute on Martin
Well salmons been hit with a two week suspension for it so it’s penalty sufficient

Rubbish call when Martin got tackled late and contact to the head.
Warriors showed that even in a loss they are contenders. Hopefully for them it’s not too little too late.

Should have been a penalty for the late head contact on TMM.

Whilst the bulldogs are doing great, I still feel they are missing a couple of big boys upfront and a real tricky player.
I'm a bulldogs fan, but this should be just seen as a building season imho.
Yeah man, I’d agree. I’ve been a Dogs fan since the late 70s - and while we’ll play finals footy this year, we probably won’t get that far. Great building season though - I think we’ll give it a shake next season though.

The Warriors were robbed. Salmon hit Martin arrived later than a Train on the Bankstown line.
It wasn't late he couldn't stop plus that pass was milasecond
@@peter-josephlamusitele6296 C'mon it was late, and he led with his head, it's a penalty at minimum and 10 in the bin at maximum, no action at all is a joke, and whoever is in the bunker and took multiple looks at it should be fired for incompetence.
@@peter-josephlamusitele6296 Salmon has been suspended for a minimum of two weeks because of that tackle, and he also broke his own jaw in that tackle. The Dogs got away with that one on the field.

Great game engineered by the officials. I'm a knights fan and didn't care who won, but I'm really angry the refs and bunker are gonna get a paycheck this week, coz if I did my job as badly as these clowns I'd be looking for another

Had the referee called Salmon on the late hit, it would have gifted the Warriors a penalty and the chance for a shot at goal from around the 20 metre line which could have won them the game.
I can't get my head around how a late high tackle where both players were hurt and the Doggies player possibly lost his teeth and was cleared by the bunker???🙄

Don't support either team but Reed Mahoney needed to be penalised. Wasn't even close to being square at marker.

that’s not what a shoulder charge is. He didn’t tuck his arm in or turn his shoulder into the ball carrier. This isn’t rugby, you don’t need to successfully wrap the arms, especially if you hit them with force.

Bulldogs need size upfront..going back to early 2000 and 2012/2014 GF..we had some big boys upfront..not only that but they can play as well..James Graham, Pritchard, Eastwood etc..need forwards like that.

Everyone talking about the missed penalty on Martin, but no one talking about how the warriors wouldn't have the 2 points from earlier if it they weren't gifted the earlier penalty for the tackle of morrin which was not a penalty. Left lifted, no dumping action to follow, not a dangerous tackle in any way. Wahs fans complaining about officials every lost match is getting real boring

Shoulder charge on Lussick by Kikau goes unchecked? A valiant effort from Warriors nonetheless considering that they lost their starting back 3 which messed with their shape . Doggies should have put them to the sword but couldn't which says a lot about this Warriors team, we'll see you in September.

So proud of the lads, warriors went in there with heart and left with pride, losing dallin, Marcelo, Charnze was a big factor, but luki deserves a main spot in starting line up, absolute beast, a healthy warriors side beats doggies 9/10 times, we will have them in the rematch mark my words!!
It doesn't matter the wahs had some many chances to extend the lead but the dogs defence was impenetrable
